We are seeking a Site Administrator to join and support the commercial team on the New Women’s and Children’s Hospital project in Adelaide. Supporting the commercial team you will be responsible for providing a professional service of entry of invoices, credits, dockets and timesheets and be a key point of contact for the Project team. The Site Administrator will ensure data is processed in the relevant registers and systems in a timely and efficient manner with accuracy and reliability. Furthermore, you will assist in ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner and compliant with policies and procedures and that resources are fully utilised and productive.
