Administration and Reporting team members are responsible for managing and leading all customer facing team members (include Customer Solutions and Technical Support). Working closely with the Head of Customer Solutions and Head of Technical Support they are responsible for managing general administrative tasks including rostering, leave management, scheduling, and other miscellaneous HR duties. As well as reporting on customer contact statistics, performance metrics and creating 1 on 1 performance reviews and reports.
**Core Functions and Duties**
- Manage Rostering and Scheduling and Leave for Customer facing staff
- Monitor the helpdesk during the day and assign team members to tasks as needed
- Analyse customer contacts to ensure adequate scheduling is maintained
- Monitor performance metrics and communicate with QA to identify areas for improvement
- Run 1 on 1 salary stream evaluations and reviews with team members
- Work alongside the QA team to ensure feedback provided is utilised and acted on
