**Key Responsibilities**
- Support victim/survivors in building their resilience and navigating their recovery journey.
- Facilitate group sessions and provide psycho-education to help identify and respond to the impacts of family violence.
- Actively hold space for individuals waiting to access support through the Therapeutic Family Violence program.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure appropriate service referrals.
- Increase meaningful community involvement across EACH’s service model, including engagement, reception, administration, and clinical services.
- Maintain compliance with HSW procedures to ensure safe outreach and group activities.
- Complete reporting and accountability requirements accurately and on time.
- Uphold the values, principles, and mission of EACH in all interactions and service delivery.
**What We’re Looking For**
We value individuals with lived experience who are committed to using their journey to support others. If you identify as a victim/survivor of family violence and have found strength in your recovery, we encourage you to apply.
- Lived experience and recovery from family violence, with insights into the challenges faced by young people, parents, CALD communities, LGBTIQ+ individuals, women with children, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Applied understanding and sensitivity to the needs of diverse communities, including LGBTIQ+, youth, and Aboriginal populations.
- Willingness to share your personal journey to support and inspire others in their recovery.
- Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity, respect, and inclusivity in client interactions.
- Adaptability and resilience to navigate change and new ways of working.
- A minimum **Certificate IV qualification** **in Family Violence** or a relevant discipline.
