**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Calculate payroll, including SCHADS modern awards, worker leave, super, workcover, and PAYG on weekly basis.
- Process NDIS claiming and invoicing.
- Oversee book-keeping activities including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Make financial reports, and/or budget forecasting report.
- Comply with current financial legislation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities (incl. advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking).
- Coordinate the onboarding/induction of all new staff.

**WHAT DO YOU NEED?**

**Essential**:

- Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance field
- 2+ years of experience as Bookkeeper or Accountant
- Experienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Xero
- Police Check
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs and other computer systems for record keeping such as XERO
- Ability to build rapport and trust.
- The capacity to work well autonomously and in a team environment
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise.
- Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills.
- High attention to detail and relationship building skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
