**About the role**
Be part of a team responsible for conducting reviews of environmental, litter & motor vehicle infringements when requested under the infringements Act 2006. Initiate the support of internal review function to better manage and process high-volume infringements reviews, and contribute to improvement initiatives for infringement officers and Authorised Officers in issuing infringements.
**Duties**
- Support the Internal Review Unit through creating process improvements for record management & correspondence and supporting the use of these activities
- Conduct internal reviews as required to support the Internal Review Unit
- Assist in actioning improvements to quality decision making and the operation of the statutory function
**Skills and experience**
- Experience in developing and implementing business improvement to service provision, preferable within a government context.
- Stakeholder engagement, organisational skills in an administrative setting, project management, process improvement etc.
- Experience with the Victorian infringements scheme
