**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

Casual Sales Assistants

The Sales Assistants are responsible for cultivating a vibrant and positive team environment where AMAZING customer service is a priority, driving the store’s financial performance to smash budgets and targets, promoting strong leadership by providing effective training, daily in-store operations, visual merchandising management and lead by example to ensure clear in-store executions of the business’ strategies, visions, values, and guidelines.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will be the leading ambassador of our brand, modelling Ally Fashion values of Customer Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty and Forever Evolving while having a genuine passion in mentoring others

You will be flexible to work rotational weekend roster including late night trade, have a solid experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion) and be a high achiever in delivery of performance, sales, along with strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.

You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills and are ambitious to accelerate your career as well as are not afraid to take on your next challenge.
