Experience working in food production is essential as is operating industrial machines (ovens/batching equipment/mixes and blenders etc).
Batching Operator – What You Will Do

  • Mix and prepare ingredients for our food products.
  • Follow simple recipes and instructions to get batches just right.
  • Use equipment safely and keep your work area clean.
  • Work closely with the team to meet daily production goals.
  • Help out in other areas like packing or machine operation when needed

Oven Operator – What You Will Do

  • Run oven equipment to cook and bake products to perfection
  • Set temperatures and timers, and keep things running smoothly
  • Check product quality and make sure everything meets our standards
  • Keep your area clean and safe
  • Help with packing, batching, and machine changeovers
  • Work with the team to meet daily targets and solve problems

What You'll Need

  • A good eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and follow food safety rules.
  • Team spirit and a flexible attitude
