About the Role:

Embark on a full-time position as a Store Manager at the Macgregor store. Bring your friendly demeanor and sales expertise to lead a team at selling high-ticket items. Enjoy the challenge of consultative selling, team building and management in a fun and energetic atmosphere, where customer satisfaction is paramount.

Run the store like it is your own, with the attitude of 'nothing is out of the question'. Put on multiple hats each day and be a jack of all trades with a small business owner attitude No day will be the same.

Skills and Experience:

  • Preferably experienced in furniture, mattress, or bedding sales
  • Consistent sales track record
  • Passionate about premium customer service
  • Flexible, reliable, and committed
  • A willingness to get in and do whatever is needed - no job is off limits
