We are seeking a motivated and reliable **Site Leading Hand** to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in leading on-site crews, maintaining job quality, and ensuring projects run on time and to spec.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and supervise site teams across epoxy flooring installations
- Coordinate daily tasks, site setup, and ensure materials are ready
- Read and interpret site plans and job specifications
- Maintain safety and quality standards on-site
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in epoxy or resin flooring (minimum 2 years)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Understanding of floor preparation and coating techniques
- White Card and valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Forklift or EWP licence (desirable)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
- Ability to travel to various job sites around Sydney

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 50 per week
