**About Us**

PARC Engineering are specialists in Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation projects. We provide technical services to the Australian energy and resources sector with specific experience in the Minerals and Mining, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure, and Power Generation Industries.

We are currently seeking the services of experienced Occupational Health Advisors to join our team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Crafting, executing and assessing plans for environmental health management and occupational safety.
- Formulating and executing strategies for the safe, cost - effective, and appropriate disposal of commercial, industrial, medical and household wastes
- Coordinating the return of injured employees within the workplace
- Training employees in personal protective equipment and safe work procedures
- Identifying and assessing hazards
- Conducting inspections and audits of workplaces such as aligning equipment and work tasks with employee’s needs.
- Developing and overseeing programs to reduce workplace and environmental pollution involving chemical and physical hazards.
- Providing advice in and enforcing regulations, implementing preventative programs
- Documenting and investigating incidents of injury and equipment damage, and reporting safety performance

**To be considered you must meet the following criteria**:

- Relevant Occupational Health and Safety qualification
- 2 or more years of experience in an HSE Advisor position within the mining/construction industry
- Knowledge of OHS&E principles, regulations and completing workplace investigations.
- Construction Induction card (White/Blue)
- Current First Aid
- Current Driver’s License
