**About Us**
StretchLab Cronulla is a premier boutique fitness studio specializing in one-on-one assisted stretching. We are committed to providing our clients with personalized stretching sessions tailored to their needs, promoting flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering a supportive, inclusive community focused on health and wellness.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist clients with enthusiasm and professionalism upon their arrival
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with membership inquiries
- Actively engage with clients to understand their fitness goals and recommend appropriate services
- Effectively communicate studio offerings, promotions, and membership options to potential clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio front desk area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the studio
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or front desk roles preferred
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and some weekdays
