Established in 2012, Pinnacle Drinks exclusively partners with winemakers, growers, brewers and distillers to deliver some of the world's leading brands across the wine, beer and spirit categories.
**What you’ll do**
Provide administrative and customer service support to internal and external stakeholders including quotes, following up orders, sales plans and data collation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with servicing current accounts through job quoting, product specification completion, dry-goods delivery follow-up, bulk wine call ups, customer enquiries and administrative support
- Provide details and timely communications to Senior Account Manager and Management Team in any issue arising that may impact customer relations
- Provide managers with advice and support in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Account Management and customer liaison support including quoting, job set up, Corrective Action follow up and resolutions.
- Assist with servicing current accounts to meet sales targets through effective Account Management, Customer Service and administrative support
- Manage and assist contracted customers with the support and direction of the Management team in a proactive and strategic manner.
- Submit short
- and long-range sales plans, prepare sales strategies utilising available marketing programs to achieve nominated targets.
- Provide information to Senior Account Manager regarding account status and recommend and assist with plans to maximise future business, including customer and market profitability analysis.
- Monitor developments to forecast the opportunities for Prowine product/service offerings.
- Administrative support and input to assist the Sales team with QA, invoicing and general administration as required.
- Maintain sales information and market intelligence systems, monitor progress against budgets taking corrective action as necessary and exploiting opportunities as they arise.
- Manage debtor issues to ensure that are resolved professionally and expediently.

To be successful in this role, you will be outgoing, confident and proactive, be able to work in a team environment with flexibility in your approach both as a team member and a leader and have a strong desire to learn and develop within the business.
**Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas**:
- At least 2 years in a Sales role
- Extensive Sales/Business Development experience
- Comprehensive skills in contract development
- Sophisticated data and interpretation analysis skills
- Customer Service focus with good understanding of effective customer communications principles
- High level of computer proficiency including Microsoft, Google and Excel
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
- Qualifications in Business/Sales/Marketing would be desirable.
- Wine Industry Experience preferred (FMCG well regarded)
