**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a key member of the retail team and will often be a key point of contact with our customers. In this role you will be expected to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco and be willing to participate in regular training relating to Stratco’s products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist customers find innovative solutions using Stratco products and materials
- Face-to-face and telephone sales
- Preparing project quotations and sales proposals
- Assist customers with custom designs of products such as patios, verandahs, sheds, and fences
- Participating in training and personal development sessions
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies

**ABOUT YOU**
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- The proven ability to provide solutions and drives sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Be a hands on, practical person with good technical ability
- Computer literacy
- An eye for detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- Design or building education qualifications &/or experience whilst desirable, is not essential
- Possess a growth mindset and a desire to develop within the business
- Flexibility to work Saturday's
