As a **Customer Service Specialist **with BankSA, you will ultimately help our customers make the most of their money and achieve their financial goals You will do this through:
- **Customer Engagement**:Deliver exceptional service by understanding individual customer needs and offering personalised financial solutions
- **Sales Focus**:Drive sales by referring customers to our home loan and business banking specialists and identify new leads across wealth, insurance, home loans, and small business lending.
