Reporting to the **Workshop Supervisor** the **Standard Work Coordinator** is responsible for the development of standard work documentation. In this role, you will ensure that the safest and most efficient ways of carrying out tasks in the Workshop are established
You will liaise and work effectively with departments and process owners to develop and write departmental procedures and other documents and in addition, work closely with the HSEQ Advisor to ensure all documentation and processes adhere to applicable safety requirements.
Success will be measured in this role by ensuring high quality and safety compliant documentation is produced within agreed timeframes and all documents pass style and content requirements.
This is a varied and exciting role, where no two days will be the same. If you are looking to use your high-level organisational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills to contribute to continuous improvement of documentation within WesTrac, then this is the role for you
**Location**:South Guildford
**Roster**:Monday to Friday, Permanent Full Time. Working 50 hours per week.
**To be successful the following is required**:
- Demonstrated ability to document business processes and write detailed functional instructional documentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Advanced planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Completion or demonstrated attainment towards Certificate IV Workplace Health Safety (WHS)
- Demonstrate initiative, problem solving skills and ability to work independently and within a small team
