➡ **Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster a fun, safe, inclusive culture with our community;
- Running F45 Training sessions to our high standard, and putting your mark on the studio;
- Actively engage all members to provide form correction, regression and motivation to ensure they are all getting a fantastic workout and feeling supported;
- Completion of member pre-exercise screening/evaluation, studio setup and various administration duties as required to maintain a very high level of customer service;
- Ensure high standards of facility cleanliness and tidiness are maintained.

➡ **Required Qualifications**:

- Cert III or Cert IV qualifications in fitness;
- Current first aid and CPR certification;
- 1+ years practical experience in personal training or group fitness;
- Blue card registered
- Some experience in operations, or sales and marketing can help you take this role to another level in the business.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $33.00 - $39.00 per hour
