**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity for a Customer Connect Care Representative has become available within our Varsity Lakes office
In this role, you will operate in a call centre/ data processing environment handling inbound and outbound enquiries relating to BOQ Finance, maintaining a high level of customer service with every interaction.

You will have high attention to detail and proven experience adhering to policies and procedures as well as risk mitigation.
