**Reason for the role**
You will join a team of experienced salespeople who are skilled in the art of connecting people to our product. Resilient to objection, passionate about what they do.
Supporting the broader sales team, you are entrepreneurial in the way you reach prospects, ensuring long-lasting relationships. Impeccable communication skills will reinforce Deliverect's growth, opening the door to new business opportunities.

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Building a long-lasting relationship with new and active merchants, by Identifying, contacting, and qualifying the most important merchants and decision-makers.
- Being a product expert, using your skills to find the customer's pain points and finding out where Deliverect's value proposition will be their solution.
- Craftily using prospecting tools, to build a pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot), qualifying customers in the initial stages of the sales process.
- Working with your Manager to refine sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.
- Developing new tactics - if something isn’t working, you are empowered to reach out to Partnerships/Marketing to reach different types of strategies to maximize your success.
- Team with the Sales Manager, who will support your growth in your role and career.
**Job Requirements**
- Sales experience, Business to business (B2B) or in a Tech SaaS environment.
- A hospitality, food and beverage managerial background or sales is a great plus.
- Excited about high-volume outbound calling and forming connections with new people.
- Passion and energy, to be able to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
- An excellent listener and creative problem solver, you love to meet new people.
- Tech savvy, able to use technology effectively and learn to utilise new tools quickly.
- You are able to multitask and organise your workflow
- Fluent in English with a second language being a great plus.
- A hunger for achieving weekly and monthly targets.
