**Exciting Job Opportunity as a Front Desk Coordinator/Patient Coordinator**

Vogue Dental Studios is searching for an experienced, passionate and reliable senior front desk coordinator/patient coordinator to join our growing team to offer premium, high class service and care.

What you'll be doing:
**First point of contact**:
Creating memorable first impressions and profesionally greeting patients with warmth and care

**Managing the appointment book**:Strategically managing bookings to optimise our daily flow, keep the calendar full, and minimise disruptions to ensure a seamless experience for both team and patients.

**Daily Operations**:Acting as the central hub between clinicians, patients, suppliers, and labs—ensuring everyone is informed, aligned, and supported.

**Delivering Standout Service**:Anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and going the extra mile to make each patient interaction feel thoughtful, personalised, and unforgettable.

**Maintaining Accurate Records**: Ensuring all patient files and data are kept up-to-date, securely stored, and easy to access when needed.

**Patient Coordinating**:You’ll be the vital link between patients and the clinical team— sending treatment plans, managing schedules, records, and communication with accuracy and care.

**Handling Transactions with Care**: Processing payments and insurance claims with precision, clarity, and a focus on transparency and trust.

**Upholding a Professional Space**: Keeping the reception area organised, clean, and welcoming—creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects our high standards.

**Promoting Team Synergy**: Coordinating internal workflows, managing appointments, and supporting clear team communication to keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a receptionist/front desk role
- Experience with HICAPS - collecting Healthfund claims and Medicare CDBS is a bonus
- Proficient and trustworthy in collecting payments
- Strong multi-tasking skills and organisation (putting through accounts, handling multiple phone lines as well as co-ordinating lab work and liaising with the lab.
- Experience in performing a range of administrative tasks
- Excellent time management and a high energy and efficiency with deadline
- Polished and professional presentation
- Team player and leadership skills
- Productive and adaptable nature
- Competent keyboard skills, experience in operating modern office equipment and applied knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Happy and positive energy
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
