**_ What You’ll Do_**
- _Technical delivery in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies_
- _Implement Master Data Management solutions and Data Governance Programs_
- _Develop highly performant, reliable and scalable solutions._
- _Ability to clearly communicate technical details to business and management personnel._
- Perform data analysis that will support and enhance Information Management systems - Author oversee and gain approval of design documents for projects assigned._
- _Implement Data Quality measures like Profiling, Defining Metrics, Scorecards, Standards, policies and visual analytics to support MDM and Data Governance initiatives._
- _Analysis, architecture, design and development of Enterprise Integrations and MDM software_
- _Work independently or as part of a team to design and develop solutions._
- _Provide meaningful feedback and coaching of other team members to successfully overcome technological challenges._
- _Lead and demonstrate emerging technologies and concepts to teams_
- _Assist business development team with pre-sales activities, concentrated on solutioning to meet client needs._

**What You’ll Bring**
- _Expert knowledge of Master Data Management which includes:_
- _Create MDM strategies for clients, with the ability to confidently discuss requirements, priorities, potential solutions, and MDM architecture patterns._
- _Gather and document Master Data Management requirements by interviewing stakeholders._
- _Through understanding of Data Management tenets such as Match/Merge, Enrichment, Trust & Survivorship, Deduplication_
- _Lead analysis, architecture, design and development of Master Data Management solutions._
- _Thorough understanding of HUB architecture, Enterprise Integration and SOA._
- _Experience with data glossaries and catalog using tools such as Axon, Collibra, Alation etc._
- _Expert knowledge of Data Governance which includes:_
- _Help clients establish Data Governance Programs and to drive data ownership._
- _Drive visibility, awareness, and adoption of Data Governance across clients organization._
- _Develop and implement plans to roll out Enterprise Data Governance programs._
- _Define KPIs to monitor the results and effectiveness of the Data Governance initiative._
- _Drive change management at adoption to promote data drive culture._
- _Lead the implementation of Data Governance Programs._
