**Requirements**:

- Own and build the end to end strategy for growing our CRM and refer a friend channels - from audience growth, engagement improvements, journey and trigger development and ultimately revenue
- Being responsible for our growth process for the CRM channel and customer funnel - reviewing where the biggest opportunities lie and devising campaigns/initiatives to make improvements
- Briefing, copywriting, designing (incl HTML) and executing best in class trigger/ad hoc campaigns
- Creating audience segments to target key customer cohorts with relevant messaging
- Working with marketing managers to develop best in class CRM activations for their campaigns
- Adopting a “test, analyse and optimise” approach to our campaigns to ensure that we are always improving
- Reporting on performance, lessons and wins to key stakeholders
- Leverage industry-leading marketing technology (specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to develop, build and schedule campaigns in collaboration with a variety of internal teams.

**Ideal background**
- 4+ years working on CRM and marketing automation
- Agency experience: on the tools & working with clients or in house experience - working with marketing & tech teams directly
- Hands on experience with SFMC Platform + automation
- Experience using CRM to drive business results
- Retail/eCommerce experience

Bonus: worked on Brand story-telling / Content marketing campaigns
- A gun with tools of the trade - Salesforce Marketing Cloud (our CRM platform), SQL for grabbing audiences and HTML
