**Digital Marketing & CRM Manager** to join the marketing team of an established and fast-growing tourism business pioneering the realms of travel and dedicated to crafting exceptional experiences for customers.

As an Ecommerce & CRM Manager, you will be at the forefront of the company’s digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for shaping digital enhancement strategies and driving customer engagement to new heights. **The role**:

- Devise strategy across web, social media and CRM
- Develop and execute a data-driven e-commerce strategy, including website optimisation, and promotional campaigns to achieve engagement and boost company revenue
- Work with the agency to ensure that SEO rankings are elevating
- Build and mentor a dynamic team and foster a culture of innovation and continues improvement
- Utilise data analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve the customer experience and increase ROI
- Oversee relationships with agency partners, ensuring they align with the company's goals and deliver high-quality services
- Manage and effectively delegate tasks to your direct report
- Salesforce or CRM experience, segmenting and analysing data is a must
- Proven track record of successful e-commerce and CRM management with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience is ideal
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies
- Data-driven decision-making ability with a deep understanding of analytics tools
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
