**What this job involves**:
The Senior Director - Head of Projects & Consulting will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth with the Property & Asset Management existing and new investor and landlord clients.

To develop new and strategic business opportunities through a strong local network of contacts and business relationships such as Commercial, Retail and Industrial Investor sectors.

The delivery of technical projects and consulting services within the Property & Asset Management portfolio.

Project resource allocations, tracking and financial oversight of each project or consulting service.

Lead the projects and consulting team to provide a high standard of service, and actively look for ways to improve the systems, processes and efficiencies supporting the service delivery.

Work closely with the JLL Project and Development Services (PDS) team to identify opportunities within the Investor PDS space and further strengthen and grow the business line.

Have a focus on sustainability to align with the JLL commitment to be Net Zero by 2040, and to align with investor and landlord client specific commitments. Work closely with the JLL Environmental and Sustainability Services (ESS) team to deliver a broad range of environmental and sustainability services.

Work closely with JLL business lines (Leasing, Capital Markets, Space & Occupancy Planning, Workplace Services etc) to deliver our clients the ‘One JLL’ offering.

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
You have proven leadership experience in Engineering & Facilities Operations under your belt
pro at handling complex structures and client sensitivities across service lines
you’ll lead by example and promote open, constructive and collaborative relationships at all levels.
A degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management related discipline and 15 years experience in Design, Construction or Project Management
You will be a true negotiator and have an ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders, with leadership skills to be able to grow a team
A full drivers licence and own car is essential.
