**Supply Chain Executive - SSP Australia & New Zealand (Tullamarine)**
**About the Role**
SSP Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our Commercial team in our Tullamarine Head Office to support our supply chain function.
**Responsibilities**
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, the Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for supporting both the supply chain and buying processes at a regional level. You will be responsible for the effective management of suppliers and internal stakeholders in delivering business objectives and enhance bottom line and top line growth.
Maximise commercial opportunities across the region with local teams to drive the implementation of initiatives, including coordinating and managing all major purchasing tenders, contracts and cost saving measures. With a strong and solid background in purchasing, the incumbent will take a proactive approach in reviewing current systems and procedures, making recommendations and implementing changes.
**What you'll be doing**
- Oversee the procurement, logistics, and distribution of all food, beverage, and related products required for our operations
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimise stock levels and minimise waste
- Collaborate with the broader operations team to forecast demand and plan production accordingly
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain
- Provide regular reports and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
**What we're looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry
- Demonstrated expertise in procurement, inventory management, and distribution operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in the use of relevant supply chain management software and technologies

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
