Data Entry & Order Processing Assistant

With a strong focus on operational excellence, we are seeking a motivated professional to join our team in a support capacity that is critical to our supply chain and customer experience.

Position Overview

The Data Entry & Order Processing Assistant will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of customer orders, maintenance of our 3PL Pronto system, and updates to customer web portals. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders into internal systems.
  • Maintain and update the 3PL Pronto system with relevant order and inventory data.
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of entries into customer web portals.
  • Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in order data, escalating issues as required.
  • Perform routine data validation to ensure integrity across all systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations and logistics teams as required.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in data entry, order processing, logistics, or a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with ERP/3PL systems (experience with Pronto highly regarded).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.95 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
