PEER is an industry-based Group Training Organisation and an award-winning Registered Training Organisation, delivering nationally accredited training packages to meet South Australia’s skill demands now and into the future. PEER’s Group Training Organisation is the largest employer of apprentices within the building and construction industry in South Australia, with over 460 apprentices and trainees.
Our newly appointed General Manager Employment Services is seeking an experienced Industry Engagement Manager to join the team. As Industry Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
**The Industry Engagement Manager will**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations, local, state and federal governments, and other key players
- Identify major initiatives to drive business growth for PEER
- Generate new contacts and sales leads for PEER
- Draft successful tender submissions and ensure objectives are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engagement strategies
- Track and report on progress against business development goals
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry and play a key role in shaping the future of PEER and the broader skills environment across the state.
