Restaurant Manager

The Reymond Group are seeking a talented and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team, with an immediate start available for Village Wine Bar in Albert Park.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times
- Provide hands-on coaching, guidance, and feedback to Front of House (FOH) staff, Supervisors, and Assistant Managers
- Support and develop Supervisors and Assistant Managers in the effective delivery of training and development programs for the FOH team
- Oversee people management tasks, including performance reviews and team engagement
- Maintain a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the team, fostering a high-performance culture
Experience, Skills & Attributes:
- Proven restaurant management experience in a premium a-la-carte dining environment
- Experience in restaurant openings is a plus
- Current RSA certificate is required
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team development and the guest experience
- Exceptional customer service and guest-focused approach
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations, compliance, and industry best practices
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure service environments while maintaining composure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with staff and guests
- Outstanding organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and both opening and closing shifts
