The Reymond Group are seeking a talented and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team, with an immediate start available for Village Wine Bar in Albert Park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times
  • Provide hands-on coaching, guidance, and feedback to Front of House (FOH) staff, Supervisors, and Assistant Managers
  • Support and develop Supervisors and Assistant Managers in the effective delivery of training and development programs for the FOH team
  • Oversee people management tasks, including performance reviews and team engagement
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the team, fostering a high-performance culture

Experience, Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven restaurant management experience in a premium a-la-carte dining environment
  • Experience in restaurant openings is a plus
  • Current RSA certificate is required
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team development and the guest experience
  • Exceptional customer service and guest-focused approach
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, compliance, and industry best practices
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure service environments while maintaining composure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with staff and guests
  • Outstanding organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and both opening and closing shifts
