About The Opportunity
We're looking for a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide learning experiences that build core capability, drive performance, and support a culture of continuous learning.

You'll lead a small team, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and shape onboarding and compliance training across the organisation.

In this Role

  • Lead the development and execution of our enterprise learning strategy
  • Design and deliver blended learning programs aligned to business priorities
  • Manage and optimise our LMS, ensuring content is current, accessible, and engaging
  • Oversee compliance and mandatory training, ensuring legal and internal standards are met
  • Design structured onboarding experiences that drive early engagement and performance
  • Use data and AI-driven insights to continuously improve learning outcomes
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external experts to co-design impactful learning solutions
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team of learning professionals

You're Likely a Match If You Have

  • Proven experience in end-to-end learning consulting and instructional design
  • Strong background in compliance, and capability development
  • Proficiency in LMS administration (e.g., Articulate) and AI-enhanced learning tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • A flexible, adaptable mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
  • A relevant degree in HR, Business, or Education (highly desirable)
