**Architectural Designer - Revit**

**THE COMPANY**
Scotford Fennessy is working with a successful architectural design and technical consultancy firm. **THE OPPORTUNITY**
Working with a high degree of autonomy, the role offers an exciting opportunity to work on unique projects that aren’t normally considered when envisioning commercial and industrial projects. The role allows an exciting opportunity to run projects solely, while working in a collaborative environment to ensure on-going learning and successful project delivery occurs.

The role further involves:

- Drive and coordinate projects interfacing with various stakeholders
- Execute concept design to develop project documents
- Coordinating with the team & 3rd party groups

**YOU**
Our client is looking for someone who is proficient in Revit, detailed oriented and can work collaboratively to ensure an efficient and cohesive design process. This role would best suit someone who thrives taking the initiative to engage proactively to help deliver, problem solve, and interact with clients.

A highly attractive salary package will be negotiated commensurate with experience. Our client offers “family friendly” work hours, along with providing free parking.
