Architectural Draftperson

**About the role**
Metrocon' is seeking a talented Architectural Draftperson to join our dynamic team in our Perth office. As a full-time role, you will play a key part in the design and development of innovative architectural projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our organisation.

**What you'll be doing**
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and models using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects, designers and other stakeholders to translate conceptual designs into technical plans
- Ensure design plans adhere to all relevant building codes and regulations
- Contribute to the development of new design solutions and ideas
- Assist with the preparation of planning submissions and client presentations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

**What we're looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Architectural Drafting or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an Architectural Draftperson or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and design principles
- Excellent technical drawing and modelling skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for design and the built environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
