**About the Role**

Based in BYD's Sydney office in Macquarie Park, this role will be supporting our Aftersales Technical Support Team for our upcoming New Brand.** **On offer is a **Technical Training Support Officer** position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating technical training sessions for internal teams and external partners.
- Provide administrative support to ensure training schedules, materials, and resources are prepared and readily available.
- Support trainers in delivering technical content by managing logistics and resolving any issues that arise during training.
- Work closely with technical support engineers to document and organize training materials, presentations, and project files.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance, materials used, and key outcomes.
- Ensure all technical documents are correctly filed on a shared point, updated, and accessible to the relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain the training platform/system.
- Monitor and track the progress of training programs, ensuring all attendees complete required assessments and provide feedback.
- Collect and compile feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training sessions.
- Generate reports on training outcomes and recommend improvements based on feedback and analysis.

**Key requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Australia
- Around 3 years of experience working as a Team Assistant or Training Administrator role
- Proficient with Microsoft Suites including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and can work well under pressure
- Detail-orientation and organized
- Have a passion at automotive industry, especially in EV space.
- Proficient in English and Chinese
