We have a fantastic opportunity with a global leader who is seeking an Infrastructure Designer to delivery a legacy based project for an initial six month assignment. There is a requirement to be onsite three days per week; based in the Southeast location where car parking is available onsite.

**Requirement Brief**:
**Working alongside the Product Owner; you will be playing a key role implementing infrastructure (specifically on-premise infrastructure), data centre and cloud strategy where you will be partnering with suppliers. As the Infrastructure Designer you will be responsible for planning design and providing technical architecture.**

**Key responsibilities and duties include**:

- Establishing IT infrastructure standards aligned with business needs
- Define and execute the infrastructure strategy and roadmap
- Managing the design infrastructure (across projects and asset lifecycle activities)
- Facilitate the design for all infrastructure components (data, data centre, service and all infrastructure services)
- Manage vendor managed services to ensure the delivery of infrastructure is achieved
- Engage new technologies and define infrastructure landing zones
- Extensive experience with infrastructure design (design, development, and implementation)
- A public cloud expert - across AWS / AZURE
- Wintel experience (including VMware and Storage)
