About the Role

In this role you will focus on the delivery of residential behind the meter products (predominantly Battery and Solar and/or respective bundle offerings) to AGL customers.

You will focus on and manage the end-to-end customer journey from sale to installation, inclusive of but not limited to the allocation of jobs to installer partners, site inspection appointment scheduling, pre-work assessments, installation appointment scheduling, job completion sign-off and customer invoicing.

What you’ll be doing: (Main key responsibilities)
- Management of each job from sale to installation
- Alignment between installation schedule and customer appointments
- Day to day management of install partners and associated SLA’s
- Engagement with Sales and Customer Service to ensure the best customer outcomes
- Review and approve contractor invoices
- Weekly Operational Reporting

About You

What you’ll bring to the table:

- Experience in Solar/Battery or any renewable business
- Experience working with field contractors
- Experience in contractor management desirable
- Experience in Project/Program delivery
- Ability to work to project deadlines
- Scheduling experience
- Customer Service and Appointment service experience desirable
- Competence with IT tools, Apps and cloud-based scheduling systems
- Technical knowledge of renewable products
