**About the role**

With 5 direct reports and a wider team of over 300, we are looking for a modern styled leader who connects employees to purpose, accomplishment and one another. Key accountabilities for this role include but are not limited to;
- To ensure the manufacture and delivery of both food & feed products and commodities to the end customers while meeting safety and quality standards
- Managing geographically dispersed teams and direct reports
- Ensuring key inputs and recommendations go into the end-to-end planning / integrated business planning to ensure delivery of DIFOTQ to meet value chain objectives of maximising the intrinsic value of product
- Play a lead role in driving the Sustainability Strategy is delivered to meet Sustainability Objectives
- Develop world class manufacturing sites that produce high quality products cost efficiently
- Work with Shipping & Trading, Enrichment and Relationship teams to generate new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead the integration of new business acquisition in Operations for Nutrition and Energy and undertake strategic reviews to make business decisions in addition to participating in strategy development to drive growth

**About experience**
- Significant leadership experience in an operational environment, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Driving and maintaining best practice standards in safety, compliance, and quality performance
- Proven record of safety and environment leadership and driving cultural change in these areas
- Delivering a service that ensures retention and growth of market share.
- Thorough understanding and experience working on supply chain optimisation and deriving value along the supply chain.
- Driving continuous improvement of business processes and compliance and accountability
- Experience with making data driven decisions
