AWS Sales Specialist - Strategic Growth Partner

As an AWS Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our Strategic Growth Partnership with Amazon Web Services, driving high-impact outcomes across enterprise, commercial, and public sector clients.
What You’ll Do- Own and close governed, margin-accretive deals across AWS Cloud Resell, Consulting (Build), and Managed Services (Run).- Activate strategic pillars: Agentic AI & Modernisation, AI-Driven Migrations, and Cloud Connectivity.- Collaborate deeply with AWS field teams, Versent BDMs, and cross-functional leaders to position Versent as the Partner of Choice.- Lead pursuits independently or in partnership, bringing structure and velocity to every opportunity.- Drive campaign execution, pipeline origination, and co-sell excellence.
What Success Looks Like- 100%+ achievement of monthly ASV GP targets.- 90%+ AWS deal registration rate.- Weekly outbound engagement and accurate forecasting.- Active participation in AWS joint campaigns and continuous certification.
What You Bring- 5+ years in quota-carrying sales roles in cloud, consulting, or tech services.- Proven success in closing multi-million dollar deals.- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and Salesforce proficiency.- Experience in AWS-aligned pursuits or hyperscaler partnerships.- AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect) highly regarded.
