
E-learning Designer

**Key Responsibilities:
Utilise your expertise in instructional design to develop and facilitate engaging training activities and assessments.
Conduct research to inform content development, delivering both face-to-face and digital learning solutions.
Implement evaluation strategies to measure training effectiveness and enhance customer experience.
Utilise authoring tools like Articulate 360 to design and maintain eLearning programs.
Project Management:
Lead the lifecycle management of learning programs, ensuring timely delivery within resource constraints.
Drive project outcomes aligned with business objectives, both independently and as part of a team.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with VET Quality Framework, RTO Standards, AQF, and legislative requirements.
Provide data-driven insights through reports and presentations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance quality, health, safety, and environmental practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Consult with stakeholders and SMEs to align learning initiatives with industry needs.
Cultivate strategic partnerships to support organizational goals and foster innovation.
Provide expert advice to senior management on training policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in content development and project management within a regulated environment.
Proficiency in eLearning platforms (e.g., aXcelerate) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
