Impression Dental Group is looking to appoint a Regional Operations Manager to support and grow our practices within the network.This is a unique opportunity to combine your commercial acumen with your passion for people development, all while making a positive impact in the dental community.Our new Regional Operations Manager requires a diverse skill set - you need to be adept at managing multiple locations, understanding various market dynamics, and prioritising patient satisfaction while also driving financial success.
In addition to experience, qualities like leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster a positive organisational culture with Dentists, Practice Managers, and support staff are key.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a portfolio of dental practices to deliver both commercial success and outstanding patient outcomesInspire, coach, and mentor Practice Managers and clinical teams to reach their full potentialChampion operational excellence with a focus on compliance, WH&S, and effective workforce planningCollaborate with clinical and support office teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care deliveryReview financial performance (including P&L), manage budgets, and meet key business targetsPlay an active role in national projects and help drive strategic growth initiativesVisit practices regularly to provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and supportTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will PossessProven experience leading multi-site operations (Dental, Healthcare or Retail highly regarded)A strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business performance goalsExceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire confidence, build trust, and develop high-performing teamsAbility to interpret financial reports, including P&L statements, and maintain budgets.
