A bit about your role
Field Services has defined a new pipeline delivery model for all Transform & Improve work required to be delivered by or in Field Services.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple business units including but not limited to Products, NES, Networks, Build, Connect & Assure and Customer Engagement. You will be experienced in leading major programs of work with multiple streams and overseeing the change to our customers and frontline teams.
This role will be primarily focused on the detailed prioritisation and planning, along with overseeing delivery at a macro level of nbn’s critical programs and improve initiatives received into the Field Services Pipeline including but not limited to company outcomes/key initiatives, cost efficiency initiatives, new capability and scaling programs and continuous improvement initiatives. A big part of this role is the cross functional leadership, engagement, negotiation, and influence to enable product, process, and delivery for multiple requestors across the organisation.
A bit about you
As the Executive Pipeline Manager, you will have demonstrated experience of establishing pipeline systems and process and prioritisation methodologies to effectively deliver a portfolio of programs and projects in a sizeable organisation. As well as this, you will have demonstrated experience in collaborating with IT and shared services BU to deliver large scale changes at pace.
Vast experience in agile and establishing new processes across the organisation to deliver pipeline portfolio of changes is required as is close stakeholder management across the organisation to set expectations of delivery timeframes and prioritisations. You will have extensive experience in JIRA workflows and processes to establish new and/or enhanced existing systems and processes to enable effective review, prioritisation, and delivery of work in the Field Services pipeline.
