**Your key responsibilities will be**:
Delivering high quality design advice, review and evaluation, which leads to the provision of inspiring and functional contemporary spaces for State Library.
Leading the development and delivery of a number of projects under a program of works while ensuring professional and responsive services to clients. This includes overseeing day-to-day work, achieving key service objectives and meeting organisational priorities.
Working with project partners in the engagement and management of external advisors and contractors to ensure effective project delivery.
Leading program and project reporting within established project governance frameworks to the Library Board, Committees and Executive Leadership Team to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Leading and coordinating the development of multiple project briefs which will require strong relationships with key Government and non-Government stakeholders.
Increasing cultural capability of the team through activating State Library's First Nations Strategy and contributing to a culturally safe workplace and organisation.
