**About the Role**

This is an exciting blend of portfolio management and business development. You will be strengthening relationships with existing clients, managing a diverse range of SME and commercial accounts, and tapping into new opportunities. You will have an established pipeline to work from, plus the backing of a supportive team who genuinely want to see you succeed.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and commercial clients across varied industries
- Build new relationships through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach
- Meet with clients to assess risks and design tailored insurance programs
- Work closely with underwriters to prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and finalise policies
- Provide renewal strategies, claims support, and ongoing risk management advice
