As a Portfolio Planning Manager, you will assist in managing the prioritisation and planning delivery process across the Commodities and Global Markets Division, working within the Control Tower. Reporting to the Portfolio Director, you will be facilitating the prioritisation and planning processes, including scheduling and co-ordinating the process steps within our defined frameworks, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth running of the process. You’ll also be working closely with the other team members across Control Tower and your role will involve providing strategic insights, tracking OKR achievement, and continuously assessing and improving planning processes.- What you offer
- 4+ years of experience in managing the process of planning and delivery execution
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce or similar field
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and OKRs
- Consulting experience or financial services experience is advantageous.
