
Allied Health Clinic Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to join our growing allied health clinic in Brisbane's Beautiful Bayside. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the clinic while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This is a fast-paced and friendly environment that requires a motivated and results-oriented individual to lead our team.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the daily operations of the practice, including staff management, scheduling, and training.
2. Recruit and train new and ongoing staff members, conducting inductions and performance appraisals.
3.Ensure all team members have the necessary tools and resources to deliver outstanding service.
4. Identify areas where staff may require further training and report to the appropriate parties.
5. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and to deliver exceptional patient care.
6. Manage the practice's billing and collections, insurance claims, and budgeting.
7. Proactively market the practice to drive patient numbers and develop new business opportunities.
8. Build relationships with referral sources and other health professionals to expand the practice's network.
9. Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality.
10. Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice, including monitoring and maintaining financial performance.
11. Provide direction and leadership to the team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
12. Leverage marketing campaigns and maintain relationships with the referral network.
13. Ensure all practice facilities and equipment are well-maintained and meet business standards.
14. Oversee the efficient operation of front reception, including greeting clients, payment processing, and invoice management.
15. Manage stock control to ensure availability of necessary supplies.
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical administration role (preferred).
2. Proficiency in the MS Office suite of programs is highly desirable.
3. Excellent multitasking skills and outstanding customer service skills.
4. Demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
5. Ability to work independently, show initiative, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
6. Positive attitude and strong communication skills with a wide range of people.
7. Motivated to build and be part of a strong, successful team.
