Bayside Health Nook is currently looking for a new Client Support team member to join us at our offices close to the waterfront in Wynnum.

Located in Wynnum, Bayside Health Nook is an allied health clinic passionate about caring for our community and creating an environment our clients and team want to be part of.

**The opportunity**:
As the first contact point of our busy allied health practice, your role will include:

- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Diary management and coordination for our clinicians and management team.
- Manage and update client accounts and details
- Provide accurate information and quotes for products and services
- General administration tasks
- Provide support to clinicians and management team

We are looking for someone hardworking, friendly and thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Have experience working in a customer service based role
- Excellent communication skills
- A warm and approachable mannerism
- Experience using diary management systems such as Genie or Nookal.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.59 per hour
