Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Meet and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage and coordinate diary schedules for our clinicians and management team, ensuring optimal appointment management.
- Accurately update client accounts and details, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and privacy.
- Provide accurate information and quotes for products and services, addressing client needs effectively.
- Perform general administration tasks to support the smooth operation of the clinic.
- Provide assistance and support to clinicians and the management team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service-based role, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Warm and approachable mannerism, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Experience using diary management systems such as Nookal (preferred).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing client accounts and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting clinicians and the management team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a fast-paced work environment.
