We are seeking a Practice Manager to work in quickly expanding allied health clinic.

Bayside Health Nook is a boutique allied health clinic servicing Brisbane's Beautiful Bayside. We strive to be the leader in health and wellness in our community by providing access to a multitude of highly experienced clinicians in the one location.

Our team is growing quickly and we require a practice manager with proven results to lead our team in a fast paced, friendly environment.

**Duties include**:

- Ensure smooth and efficient running of the practice
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining financial performance of the practice
- Reporting as necessary on practice activities and outcomes
- Provide direction and leadership to the team
- Monitor all practice activities to ensure operational efficiency of the clinic environment
- Work with the marketing team to leverage marketing campaigns and maintain relationships with referral network
- Ensure all practice facilities and equipment are maintained well and to business standards
- Recruit, onboard, and develop practice team
- Ensure practice compliance with health and safety and clinical governance
- Ensure the efficient operation of front reception
- Greeting clients in a prompt and friendly manner - in person and on phone
- Payment processing, invoice management
- Stock Control
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Medical administration role (preferred) Proficient in the MS office suite of programs is highly desirable.
