**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our IT team in North Sydney This position will be integral to TEEG and focus on a mix of 2nd to 3rd level IT Support requests (phone, remote & on-site), and being the go-to-person for all things IT
**In addition, you will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring IT services are delivered efficiently by working on BAU tickets submitted by the team.
- Be the go-to-person for the Sydney Support Officer with all things IT, from laptops/Desktop and peripheral issues to printers and all things between.
- Participating in new venue set-up on site, inclusive of racking, server and PC/POS setup, network configuration, and software or hardware upgrades throughout Australia.
- Participate in monthly “On Call” roster, shared among team.

Skills and Experience
Reporting into the Assistant IT Operations Manager, this role is paramount to the IT team and would suit someone who is a self-starter with experience in a high transaction retail environment and possesses strong IT grounding.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with AD and Server Administration.
- Networking experience, troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues, understanding of VLANs, understanding concepts of VPNs and ISPs.
- Must be able to work some weekends as this a requirement for the nature of this role.
- Able to travel interstate when required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
