**The Role**

Reporting in to the Tech Hub Lead, the Technology Support Analyst is responsible for resolving a wide variety of technical issues being experienced by the business users.

Acting as the first point of contact for all business users, you will be responsible for resolving any end user computing issues, troubleshooting, identifying any reoccurring issues, and working with the Workplace Operations and Workplace Engineering teams or other wider technical support teams.

Where necessary, you will be prepared to escalate to other service level teams and share insights or recommendations to provide a better overall solution for the business.

**About you**

A Technology Support Analyst with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity, you possess the ability to resolve a range of technical for business users.

Your friendly and pragmatic approach will enable you to build rapport and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the organisation, at the same time enabling you to remove ambiguity and achieve the best outcomes in all situations.

Lastly, you are a customer-focused individual with the desire to continually improve the level of service extended to both our internal and external customers.
