We are seeking an experienced operator to join our Pharmaceutical Manufacturing API team based onsite at our Boronia facility. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and be located in Melbourne.

To carry out periodic duties within the facility to ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment and the overall readiness of the plant in preparation for production of Finished Dosage Forms. Such tasks include maintenance, calibrations and housekeeping of the facility.

Due to the nature of our business, flexible working hours may often be required.

Requirement for this position is a Science or relevant technical degree e.g. Chemical engineering or relevant industrial experience.

In addition, experience as listed below:

- 2-3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Sound understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and GMP/GLP principles.
- Experience with API, Sterile, Non-Sterile and finished dosage form manufacture, highly beneficial.
- Experience and sound understanding of synthetic chemistry and problem solving, required.
- Have at least a good understanding of mechanics/materials to assist in problem solving.
- Enthusiasm for science-based industry.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and work with people to achieve outcomes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

- GMP Principles: 2 years (required)
