**Job Title: Sales Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Administration: Provide crucial assistance in various sales administration tasks, including but not limited to order processing, quoting, and invoicing. This involves maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and account information.

Customer Service Support: Promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide support to resolve issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients regarding orders, shipments, and deliveries.

Administrative Assistance: Offer administrative support to Account Managers by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and compiling reports. Monitor and manage the account management inbox efficiently and assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance metrics.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work collaboratively with other departments, to expedite order fulfillment and resolve customer issues effectively. Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers and communicate them to clients.

Offer Customer Salesforce Partner Portal Support: Provide assistance and support to customers utilizing the Salesforce Partner Portal. This includes navigating the portal, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information and support to clients. Assist in training and onboarding new team members on sales administration processes and customer service protocols.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or administrative support roles.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Empathetic and customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools Salesforce is advantageous.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.

Positive attitude, proactive approach, and eagerness to support the success of the team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a sales or account management environment.

Knowledge of sales principles and techniques.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
