**_ About the role_**

Join our Retail Operations team as a Retail Analyst and take charge of driving operational excellence. Leverage our cutting-edge Network Assurance Framework to make data-driven decisions that boost efficiency, ensure compliance, maximize revenue, and cut costs.

**_ What you’ll do_**
- Conduct in-depth analysis of retail operations data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and optimise processes.
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives within the Retail Operations team.
- Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to inform decision-making.

**_Your experience _**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, economics, mathematics or other relevant numeric discipline
- Experience in performing settlements or transactional function and ability to analyse and interpret results and identify key issues
- Hands on experience in SQL, Excel and analytics tools
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new skills
- Highly developed ability to work in a team environment and effectively prioritise workload
